Purpose before tool
Each assisted task needs an approved purpose, input type, output use and responsible reviewer. AI is presented as assistance—not autonomous judgement or evidence.
Minimum necessary data
Access is limited by role and task. Personal, confidential or sensitive information is not placed into an unapproved workflow merely because a tool can process it.
Human review where consequences matter
Qualification, rejection, escalation, claims and external communications retain an accountable human decision path. Source and uncertainty remain visible.
Change and incident control
Material model, prompt, access or workflow changes are reviewed. Suspected disclosure, incorrect output or misuse follows a named stop, contain, correct and report path.
