Entity and scope
ADVERTCIX LTD normally contracts for the SEPA market under French law. ADVERTCIX LIMITED normally contracts outside SEPA worldwide under the law of England and Wales. Mixed-territory work is reviewed manually. Website descriptions identify possible capabilities; they do not reserve resources or create an obligation to perform.
Formation of an engagement
An engagement exists only when the relevant entity and client approve a traceable written order or agreement defining scope, deliverables, dependencies, timetable, fees and applicable terms. Silence, a form submission, a meeting or inclusion in the catalogue is not acceptance.
Performance boundary
Commercial outcomes depend on market conditions, client inputs and third parties. No result, introduction, lead volume, award or conversion is guaranteed unless an express written commitment says otherwise. Regulated activities are excluded unless the responsible party holds the required authorisation; relabelling an activity does not remove that restriction.
Engagement-specific provisions
Pricing, taxes, invoicing, commissions, attribution, acceptance, change control, confidentiality, data roles, intellectual property, liability, suspension, termination, force majeure and dispute resolution belong in the signed entity-specific documents. Terms from one entity or order do not automatically apply to another.
